if you are a MS shop and you are trying to use Linux as your Primary OS, you will miss Office and Skype for business, the alternatives are not even close except for office (minus outlook).
VsCode is fine as a Dev tool
Normal Skype doesn’t do a good job at screen sharing and multiple monitor support.
